Our SRUC students went out to Scottish Parliament to speak to MSPs and protest the proposed cuts at Elmwood Campus.
Fighting Cuts
The message at our protest was crystal clear: Elmwood is here to stay. With banners and chants our students had undertaken commutes from all directions to come to Scottish Parliament in what was the third protest rally in less than two weeks. Once again it was a succesful protest: not only was there continued media presence, this time students were given the chance to speak to a score of MSPs as well to make their demands heard.
